Dolci Sapori, operating brands like AM AM Kebab and Mniami Ice Cream, needed a comprehensive strategy including conversion optimization, new website creation, landing pages, and technical support. In addition, our client also operates Zbuduj Przyczepę and Zamów Lody, aimed at food entrepreneurs seeking catering supplies and materials.

Starting the collaboration

The Dolci Sapori team had clear expectations – they wanted to increase the number and quality of inquiries generated through their websites, while also optimizing purchasing processes and providing better support for franchisees. Conversion optimization – key actions

As we began optimizing for conversions, we focused on analyzing user behavior on Dolci Sapori’s websites and making changes based on initial hypotheses aimed at increasing the effectiveness of each site.

AM AM Kebab

The site needed to be streamlined to make it easier for users to find relevant information. We reorganized the menu and added an interactive cost calculator, which was immediately well-received. As a result, inquiries increased by 20%.

Mniami Ice Cream

This franchise was perceived as a seasonal business, which didn’t fully align with its value proposition. We redesigned the navigation to better communicate the year-round business opportunity. This change helped distinguish the brand from competitors and made the franchise’s year-round potential clearer to clients, which led to an increase in leads.

Zbuduj Przyczepę

Users were struggling to access the trailer configurator, which was a key tool for lead generation. We improved the visibility of call-to-action buttons and simplified navigation, increasing the number of users interacting with the configurator by 8 percentage points. After adding a progress bar and optimizing the mobile version, the number of users completing the form rose from 13% to 25%, leading to an overall increase in conversions.

Zamów Lody

Optimizing the purchasing process was key to increasing sales. We focused on simplifying the shopping cart and improving product selection on mobile devices, which ultimately increased the order completion rate by 2 percentage points.

Creating new websites and landing pages

After completing conversion optimization, it was time to create new websites and landing pages to support the growth and communication of Dolci Sapori’s individual brands.

Redesign of the AM AM Kebab website

  • Problem: The existing website was cluttered and outdated, making it difficult for users to find the necessary information, while also hindering content management for the marketing team.
  • Actions: We designed a new site with a modern layout, better content structure, and more intuitive navigation. The site was integrated with the Bitrix24 CRM system, enabling automatic inquiry processing and improving lead management.
  • Results: The new site made it easier for users to find information, while allowing the Dolci Sapori team to efficiently manage content and inquiries, significantly improving operational efficiency – previously, it required developer involvement.

Landing page for technical support

  • Problem: Franchisees needed an easy way to report technical issues and support inquiries, but the service team was receiving reports from various sources, leading to lost requests.
  • Actions: We created a dedicated landing page allowing quick reporting of technical issues via an integrated form. By integrating with Bitrix24, all requests were automatically processed and routed to the appropriate departments.
  • Results: The new page significantly sped up the process of handling technical requests, leading to faster resolution of franchisee problems.

Ongoing technical support

Due to the dynamic growth of Dolci Sapori, the client also needed technical support. Since May 2024, we have been providing virtual technical assistant services, which included:
