In March 2024, Dolci Sapori, a company in the food service industry managing several franchise brands, reached out to us for support. From the start, it was clear that this project would be more complex than a typical engagement. Dolci Sapori, operating brands like AM AM Kebab and Mniami Ice Cream, needed a comprehensive strategy including conversion optimization, new website creation, landing pages, and technical support. In addition, our client also operates Zbuduj Przyczepę and Zamów Lody, aimed at food entrepreneurs seeking catering supplies and materials.
The Dolci Sapori team had clear expectations – they wanted to increase the number and quality of inquiries generated through their websites, while also optimizing purchasing processes and providing better support for franchisees. Our task began with understanding each brand, their customers, and their specific needs.
We organized workshops with Dolci Sapori’s marketing team to deeply understand their goals and the needs of users across their various websites. These workshops helped us define specific conversion goals and plan optimization actions accordingly.
As we began optimizing for conversions, we focused on analyzing user behavior on Dolci Sapori’s websites and making changes based on initial hypotheses aimed at increasing the effectiveness of each site.
The site needed to be streamlined to make it easier for users to find relevant information. We reorganized the menu and added an interactive cost calculator, which was immediately well-received. As a result, inquiries increased by 20%.
This franchise was perceived as a seasonal business, which didn’t fully align with its value proposition. We redesigned the navigation to better communicate the year-round business opportunity. This change helped distinguish the brand from competitors and made the franchise’s year-round potential clearer to clients, which led to an increase in leads.
Users were struggling to access the trailer configurator, which was a key tool for lead generation. We improved the visibility of call-to-action buttons and simplified navigation, increasing the number of users interacting with the configurator by 8 percentage points. After adding a progress bar and optimizing the mobile version, the number of users completing the form rose from 13% to 25%, leading to an overall increase in conversions.
Optimizing the purchasing process was key to increasing sales. We focused on simplifying the shopping cart and improving product selection on mobile devices, which ultimately increased the order completion rate by 2 percentage points.
After completing conversion optimization, it was time to create new websites and landing pages to support the growth and communication of Dolci Sapori’s individual brands.
