Introduction

Our collaboration with IT-solve, a dynamically growing software company from Częstochowa, began in January 2021. IT-solve, specializing in creating custom web software and mobile applications, develops its projects using technologies such as Vue.js, .NET, and Flutter.

Initially, our role focused on technical support, but soon our cooperation evolved towards more strategic actions, including conversion optimization and the creation of advanced marketing tools.

In this case study, we present the key stages that contributed to the increase in business efficiency for IT-solve.

Virtual technical assistant

At the initial stage of cooperation, our main task was to provide technical support for IT-solve, which included maintaining and optimizing the website’s performance.

We updated content, improved page layouts, fixed technical glitches, and worked with an external SEO agency. Thanks to these efforts, IT-solve was able to ensure the smooth operation of its website and maintain its high ranking in search engines.

Our work on the website was crucial because, in the IT industry, a well-functioning and optimized website is not only the company’s business card but also a primary tool for acquiring new clients.

Conversion optimization

As the cooperation progressed, our client began to see the need to increase the number of leads and optimize the conversion rate on the site. We conducted a detailed analysis of user data, purchase paths, and marketing content.

Understanding the importance of case studies

Our analysis showed that customers who read IT-solve’s case studies were more likely to make contact and move more quickly to detailed sales discussions. Understanding this was a turning point. Knowing how important trust is in the decision-making process, we decided to significantly expand this section. We redesigned the case study layout, adding more detailed project descriptions that highlighted not only the technical aspects but, more importantly, the business benefits for IT-solve’s clients.

As a result, the case studies became a key marketing tool, presenting IT-solve’s real successes and establishing their position as a trusted partner in the technology industry. To further enhance the visibility of these case studies, we placed them on the most important subpages and added a project counter to the main menu. These actions significantly improved the accessibility of the case studies and increased the number of leads generated directly from this section.

Transforming the contact page

The next key step in conversion optimization was transforming a simple contact page into a quick quote tool, organized around an initial, brief consultation. We created a narrative introducing the expert responsible for the first client contact and the benefits of such a conversation. As a result, potential clients started to make contact more frequently and willingly, and the conversations became more valuable from a sales perspective.

New landing pages for Google Ads campaigns

Google Ads campaigns were another area that required optimization. Previously, ad traffic was directed to comprehensive pages that were not designed for quick lead generation. We designed dedicated landing pages focused on IT-solve’s key services, such as mobile and web app development. These pages were clearer, focused on benefits, and designed with easy conversion in mind. As a result, IT-solve’s advertising campaigns became more effective, and the number of leads generated significantly increased.

Project for the FlutterMate brand

The client also decided to venture into foreign markets by creating the FlutterMate brand, specializing in Flutter technology. Our task was to create the entire brand image, from visual identity to marketing content and the implementation of the website. The project was ambitious and required us to create an image that combined IT-solve’s professionalism with a dynamic, modern approach. Although the project was temporarily suspended due to changing market conditions, it remains an example of IT-solve’s innovative approach to international expansion.

Website for the logistics sector

Our most recent task was to create a dedicated website aimed at the logistics sector. Through strategic workshops, we managed to understand the specific needs of the target group. We created a modern website that not only showcased IT-solve’s technological expertise but also highlighted their experience in solving specific problems within the logistics industry. The CMS-based site allows for quick and flexible content changes, which was crucial from a marketing perspective.

Conclusion

Thanks to the strategic actions we implemented at IT-solve, the company significantly increased the number of leads and improved the quality of its communications. Strengthening the case study section, optimizing the contact page, and supporting advertising campaigns yielded real results, enhancing trust in the brand and making it easier for clients to engage. IT-solve not only improved its performance but also gained a stronger position in the B2B technology market.
