Our collaboration with SGP Group

Our collaboration with SGP Group began in 2019, and since then, we have developed many ambitious projects together. SGP Group is a company of international renown, operating in the European market since 2006. It specializes in quality control services for production and other sectors through its subsidiaries, such as SGP Media, which organizes events, and Human&Hunter, specializing in recruitment.

Another significant part of the group is SGP Quality Lab, offering advanced laboratory services in quality control. SGP Group currently employs over 4,000 people and operates in many European countries, providing a wide range of services supporting various sectors of the economy. Our goal was to support this rapidly growing organization in its digital transformation.

The new SGP Quality Lab brand: A key project that changed the game

Our collaboration with SGP Group started with the task of creating a website for their new brand – SGP Quality Lab. This was a key project because it aimed not only to introduce the new brand to the market but also to effectively showcase its offering in a way that would attract customers and increase conversions.

We began the process with discovery workshops, conducted jointly with SGP Group’s management, sales, and marketing teams. This was a crucial moment for us to deeply understand the client’s needs and the new brand’s specific nature. We discussed the target audience, key services, and the benefits the brand would bring to its clients. Based on these discussions, we created an initial information architecture that allowed for logical and effective presentation of the offering.

After receiving the client’s approval, we moved on to the visual design phase, ensuring that every element of the site was consistent with the group’s visual communication. The website was designed to be not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and easy to navigate. After a series of usability tests, the site was implemented and launched on the client’s server. The project was a success, opening a new chapter in the history of SGP Quality Lab.

Refreshing the SGP Group main site: Modernity and innovation combined

After the success of the SGP Quality Lab website, SGP Group decided to take the next step – refreshing their main website. Although the existing site had served its purpose for several years, it began to look outdated and difficult to manage, which negatively affected how the company was perceived by clients. Our task was to update the site to reflect the company’s modernity and innovation.

As with the first project, we started with design workshops to understand which site elements were most important from the user’s perspective and how we could improve their experience. We analyzed analytical data, conducted interviews with stakeholders, and developed a new content strategy. Then we designed a modern and responsive site that aligned with SGP Group’s visual identity.

After an intensive testing process, the site was successfully launched. The new website allowed SGP Group to better manage their content while strengthening their image as a modern and dynamically growing company.

Simplifying recruitment and attracting talent from across Europe

The next important project was creating a dedicated career portal “Pracuj w SGP.” The need for such a portal arose from SGP Group’s dispersed recruitment structure, where different subsidiaries had varying staffing needs. The portal aimed to streamline the recruitment process and create a central hub that would be user-friendly for candidates from different countries.

We started with workshops with the HR team and management to thoroughly understand the recruitment process and user needs. Based on this, we designed a portal that not only met these requirements but was also easy to navigate and intuitive for users. The portal was integrated with an external recruitment management system, allowing for automatic job postings and easy management. Additionally, multilingual support enabled the portal to reach candidates from different regions of Europe, which was a key aspect for SGP Group.

Thanks to this portal, SGP Group was able to streamline its recruitment processes and increase its attractiveness as an employer in the international job market.

Effective support and technical optimization

As our collaboration with SGP Group developed, we recognized the need for ongoing technical support for their teams. In response, we proposed virtual technical assistant services to provide continuous support in content management, developing site functionalities, and introducing new language versions.

Our team acted as an extension of the client’s team, constantly monitoring websites and implementing necessary changes and improvements. We were also responsible for optimizing analytics, allowing SGP Group to better understand user behavior and tailor marketing strategies to their needs. This collaboration enabled SGP Group to effectively respond to the changing needs of the market and their customers, significantly contributing to their success.
